He is the head and one of the original founders of a NEET yakuza group called "Hirasaka-gumi" or the Hirasaka Group. He is called "Sou-san" and "Yondaime" by Hirasaka-gumi's members and the NEET Agency respectively. In the anime, he is also called "The Fourth". .
He is the sworn brother of Narumi.
Appearance[]
He is a young man of average height with white spiky hair and brown eyes. He is often seen wearing dark coloured tank tops and long dark pants. On his left upper forearm/shoulder he wears a purple tattoo depicting the symbol of the Hirasaka Group, a butterfly.
